There are many opportunities around us everyday. It
is our hope to be true ambassadors of Christ, no matter where we are or
what we are doing. Below is a list of opportunities that we are involved
with or are in active development. For a complete list of staff and volunteer
opportunities, please click here.
Local Church
Investing in the local body of Christ through seminars,
training, short-term outreaches, relationship building, helping to develop
worship and the arts, and any other way in which we can help the body
of Christ to be built up into maturity and unity.
Concerts of Prayer and Praise
Monthly meetings open to the local churches and parishes,
specifically focusing on prayer for the city of Plzen.
English Teaching
There are many opportunities to teach English, particularly
for trained teachers, or those who are certified to teach TESOL, TEFL
(or some other equivalent).
Youth Ministries
There are many opportunities to develop friendships
and work amongst young people here who desperately need good role models.
You can visit a children's home on a regular basis, help work with Romany
(Gypsy) children and families, or help us establish some sort of youth
club or hang-out where young people with broken lives can find God's love
through you!
Prostitution Recovery
It is our desire to reach out to the women involved
in prostitution here in the city, to bless them and to help them see that
they have great value in God's sight. This involves prayer walks, simple
acts of kindness and love toward them, developing relationships with them
over a long period of time, helping to bring healing to their wounds,
as well as a longer-term goal of helping them find ways to support themselves.
Frontier Service
We have adopted the White Moors of Mauritania. This
people group is located in northwest Africa. For more information, please

Refugees
Only 3 hours north of Plzen is a refugee camp, where
over 400 people from more than sixty different nations live. There is
an open door for relationship and ministry among these people, whose lives
have been disrupted by war, violence, rejection and economic hardship.
Mobile Teams
Ministry teams to local churches (particularly youth
groups) focused on inspiring, challenging, teaching, equipping and helping
to meet specific needs within each particular church.
